Cupertino Senior Center
Provides facilities for Active Adults 50+ Program classes.
Department of Rehabilitation (DOR)
FUHSD Adult School partners with DOR to provide the Transitional Partnership Program/Job Club for rehabilitation clients. Also, the DOR refers clients to the adult school for career training.
Our Lady of Fatima Villa Assisted Living / Skilled Nursing Facility
Major partner providing on-going clinical experiences for CNA and CHHA students.
Health and Safety Institute (ASHI)
FUHSD Adult School partner who approves our Basic First Aid and CPR training.
Provides training and shadowing experiences for students and is a partner in "Project Search."
International Facility Management Association (IFMA) - Silicon Valley Chapter
Provides training materials and internship opportunities for our Facility Management Students.
Provides students with three ten-week rotations through different hospital departments.
NOVA and CONNECT! Job Seekers Center
Major partner with FUHSD Adult School who provides career technical/vocational training experiences for clients of NOVA and the Employment Development Department and our local WIOA programs. FUHSD Adult School administrators serve on CONNECT! Stakeholders Council. FUHSD Adult School is a state approved career training provider through NOVA's ETPL program.

Provides training materials for our school site.
Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention Program (SCVURPP)
In partnership we offer a ten-week series of classes that provide students the key principles of Sustainable Landscaping or Green Gardening by learning practices that conserve water, enhance and protect the soil, and reduce the use of pesticides.
Santa Clara County Public Authority, In-Home Health and Support Services (IHSS), and Sourcewise
A major partnership with the Adult School's Career and Technical Program providing a variety of educational and training experiences for Santa Clara County IHSS/ Public Authority contracted in-home care providers.
Sunnyvale Senior Center
Provides facilities for Active Adult 50+ program classes.
Master Gardeners of Santa Clara County
In partnership we offer a ten-week series of classes that provide students in the business of landscaping the key principles of Sustainable Landscaping or Green Gardening by learning practices that conserve water, enhance and protect the soil, and reduce the use of pesticides.
California Extension Santa Clara County (UCCE)
Provides research based knowledge and information on home horticulture, pest management, and sustainable landscape practices to the Community Interest Program.
West Valley Community Services
Fremont Union High School District Adult School is an on-going partner with this community based organization periodically providing educational needs of clients including parent education, career training (especially computer ed.), and ESL classes.
